1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CommanderGPT ("the Service"), operated by Commander Labs Inc. ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CommanderGPT is an AI-powered command interface that enables users to run workflows through slash commands. The Service includes free and paid tiers with varying levels of access to features, models, and usage limits.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code; (c) use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or abusive content; (d) exceed rate limits or abuse the API; (e) share account credentials or resell access without authorization.
5. Intellectual Property
Content you create using CommanderGPT belongs to you. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including software, design, and branding. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Commander Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings panel.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
